There’s to be a huge weekend of hurling action this weekend and O’Loughlin Gaels GAA will be centre stage. The seniors were drawn against Dicksboro in the first Chamionship Semi-Final which is sure to get the blood pumping and that will throw in on Sunday at 2pm in Nowlan Park. A day earlier on Saturday the Junior County Final will take place also in Nowlan Park at 3.45pm where they’ll face a fancied John Lockes. These two games are huge for the club and lots of support will be required. Get behind your teams and support the club. Hon the ‘Loughs.

MINORS GET THE JOB DONE
Result: Minor Championship Qtr Final
O'Loughlin Gaels 3-19 to 2-13
A solid performance at Clara on Sunday last earns a Semi-Final date against Graigue-Ballycallan in this year's Minor A Championship. Goals from Conor Kelly, Eoin Wall and Ben Maher were the icing on the cake to a fine team performance in which all players dug in when needed. Well done to all involved. Keep an eye to the club pages for updates on the semi-final fixture and support this bunch of lads.
The u12s brought the season to an end last weekend after a packed schedule of training, matches and ‘field trips’ throughout the year. The boys involved have put in some effort all year and results were plain to see to anyone who has been watching their performances in recent weeks. A well deserved rest now for the winter but we’re sure their eagerness will mean they will keep practicing so their fit and ready come the spring. Thanks to all the players, family and supporters and all the team mentors. Lovely hurling.
